Than, why not use a PLEX do delete certain skills and getting the SP out of them. With one plex you would be able to recover between 1 and 1.2 million SP.

Jeveassets is good to make a little bit of extra cash. Dot-lan is good to know where to go for certain things, they even have jove empire maps, which seems weird if you ask me. Bottom line useful for explorers and such,
